Information collected and initial contact
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, practice area and a general description. This information is used to record your inquiry, assess the appropriate initial assistance and contact you. Your consent and the version of this notice are retained with your inquiry.
Do not submit sensitive information, medical records, documents or confidential information about third parties through this form. Any further information needed for a service will be requested through an agreed channel and handled as appropriate for that service.
Follow-up and restricted access
Inquiries are stored in the firm's private system and are not published on this website. If the firm agrees to take on a matter, an inquiry may be linked to a client, case and assignment through an explicit review. The form does not automatically create an account.
The firm provides access to the separate client portal. Each client can view only their own matters and documents shared with them.
Appointments and reminders
An appointment request records your contact details, selected time and reminder preferences. The firm must confirm the appointment. Internal notices are available in the portal. Email and WhatsApp reminders are optional and require your consent and verification of your contact details by the firm. You can change these preferences or cancel the appointment.
Appointment reminders do not include case details or medical information.
Online payments and Mexican tax invoices
If online payments are enabled, Stripe processes the payment on its hosted page. The firm receives its reference, amount and status. This system does not request or store card numbers or security codes.
A request for a Mexican electronic tax invoice (CFDI) collects the recipient's RFC tax ID, registered name, tax regime, fiscal postal code and invoice use. When the invoicing service is configured, Facturama receives the information needed to issue the CFDI.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection to the processing of your information, withdraw consent or ask about limiting its use by emailing the firm. Describe your request and provide a way to receive a response. The firm will explain how to verify your identity and handle the request under applicable law.
Information is retained for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and meet obligations relating to any agreed service. You may contact the firm about retention or deletion of your inquiry.
Third-party services
The inquiry form records your message in the firm's system. Appointment reminders use only channels you authorize. Configured email, WhatsApp, payment and invoicing providers, including Meta, Stripe and Facturama, may process the information required for the function you choose under their own terms and privacy policies. Information is not shared for advertising.
If you follow a WhatsApp link or use your email application, those services and their own privacy policies apply. You choose whether to continue through those channels.
Cookies and technical records
The public website does not use third-party advertising or analytics tools. Connections may generate access and security records. Inquiry and appointment requests are subject to connection limits to reduce abuse. The private system uses sessions necessary for authenticated access.
Legal information on this website
The website provides general information and does not constitute individual advice or guarantee an outcome. Sending an inquiry or requesting an appointment does not retain a lawyer, start a proceeding or suspend or change legal deadlines. Representation and the scope of any service must be expressly agreed with the firm.
